Modalizer instructions for Win* machines (for dummies, experts can do more and easier ;-)

This is a program that extracts all the unit data from a .tgx file. With large mods (like Dark Wars and Escalation), this is more useful (readable) than the global history, after some clicking inside Excel.

1. Download and install a Perl interpreter. There is one at: http://www.activestate.com/Products/ActivePerl/
2. Put modalizer.pl in the base KAG directory (I suppose the mod is there).
3. Using a text editor, exchange "SomeMod" to the name of the mod you want to dig out, found somewhere in the beginning of the program. If you wish, you can change the name of the output file.
4. Start a DOS prompt in the KAG base directory, and type: "perl modalizer.pl". If no message appears, then the program is working all right. Wait some, until the prompt returns.
5. Open the resulting comma-separated file in Excel, and save it in Excel format over it. Now you can tailor it to your liking.

So this seems to be the route to mod making when K-Mod isn't able to edit something.

Is there a way to compile everything back into a .tgx file, so it's useable as a mod?
